Your data. Your choices.
Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Intrepid Future Ltd handles information in Poker Conquest, including Poker Conquest: Single Player, and on pokerconquest.com. Intrepid Future Ltd is responsible for the processing described here. For privacy questions or requests, email info@intrepidfuture.com.
1. Game data on your device
The game stores campaign progress, fictional bankroll, statistics, achievements, cosmetic selections, settings and save backups locally. This allows play to resume and protects progress. Profile information can include a player name and an image you choose. You do not need to provide your real name.
We do not upload your profile image or campaign saves to a Poker Conquest-operated server. Your operating system or store platform may include application data in device backups or synchronisation if you enable those services; their settings and privacy policies apply.
The current game does not include an advertising SDK or request access to your contacts, microphone or precise location. Choosing a profile image may use your platform's file or image picker.
2. Optional analytics and diagnostics
Analytics are disabled by default. You can enable or disable Share anonymous usage analytics in the game's Settings. You can play without enabling it. Disabling it stops further optional collection; it does not automatically erase data already received by a service.
If enabled, the game uses Unity Analytics to understand usage and improve reliability. Game events include the platform, session starts and duration, selected country identifiers, tournament type and outcome, number of hands, and significant error severity. The game does not add your player name, profile image, hole cards, hand history, payment details, receipts or transaction identifiers to these custom events. Error messages and stack traces are not included in the custom error events.
Although the setting uses the word “anonymous”, analytics services can process technical identifiers and connection information that may be personal data. Unity may process device/app identifiers, device and operating-system information, IP-derived region and standard service events as described in its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. We do not treat such identifiers as a guarantee of complete anonymity.
A bounded queue of up to 1,000 game analytics events may be stored locally to handle interruptions. Pending events can remain until sent, displaced by newer events, or removed with the application's local data. If you later re-enable analytics, previously queued events may be sent. Contact us if you want help requesting deletion of previously collected data.
3. Purchases and platform services
Where purchases are available, the relevant app store and purchasing services process the transaction under their own terms. The game handles product identifiers, transaction identifiers and purchase status to deliver fictional chips and avoid crediting the same purchase twice. A processed-transaction record is stored with your local save. Payment card details and your store password are not provided to the game.
Store functionality and purchase availability vary by platform. Purchasing services may process the technical and transaction data needed to connect to the store and fulfil purchases. See Unity's purchasing privacy information, and the policies of Microsoft, Google or Apple for your platform. Platform crash reporting, backups and account services are controlled by those providers and your platform settings.
4. Website visits and messages
This website does not add analytics scripts, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. No mailing-list service is connected and the website does not collect newsletter signups.
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub records visitors' IP addresses for security, including when visitors are not signed in. Hosting necessarily involves technical requests for pages and assets. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, provide support or handle your privacy request. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details.
5. Why information is used and shared
We use information to provide the game and requested purchases, preserve progress, respond to messages, improve reliability when you opt in, protect services and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, optional analytics rely on your consent; requested services and purchases rely on performing our contract with you; necessary support and security processing relies on our legitimate interests; and legally required records rely on the relevant obligation.
We do not sell your personal information or use game data for targeted advertising. Information may be handled by the service providers identified above to provide their services, or disclosed where required by law. Opening external links takes you to services governed by their own policies.
Providers may process information in countries outside your own. International processing, applicable transfer safeguards and provider retention are explained in their linked privacy information. You can contact us with questions about a particular service.
6. Retention and security
Local game data remains until it is deleted or replaced. You can delete campaigns in the game; removing all application data or uninstalling may also remove local progress, depending on the platform. Device or cloud backups can retain separate copies under the platform's settings. Keep any saves you want before deleting data.
The local purchase ledger is kept with the save to prevent duplicate fulfilment. We retain support correspondence only as needed to address the enquiry, follow up and satisfy applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. Analytics data is handled under the applicable Unity service configuration and privacy policy; hosting and store records are retained under the respective provider's policies. Contact us for information about your data or to request deletion.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no device, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You can keep analytics off, withdraw analytics consent through Settings, use a nickname, manage local saves and control platform permissions and backups.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Send requests to info@intrepidfuture.com. Tell us which game/platform or website interaction your request concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify a request or locate a relevant record; local-only saves are not available for us to retrieve remotely. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK's Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
8. Children and families
The game contains simulated poker; check the age rating and parental controls for your store and region. Parents or guardians who believe a child has supplied personal information can contact us to discuss access or deletion. Store accounts, purchase approvals and parental controls are managed by the relevant platform.
